How to Draw Julie Makimoto from Bakugan with Easy Steps Tutorial

Step 1

Let’s begin by drawing a slanted oval…then draw guidelines within the shape to help you place the facial features later.

Step 2

Draw a thumb shape also slanting, and extend it downwards with a rectangle.

Step 3

Outline where the arms should be. Use ovals for the joints.

Step 4

Do the same for the legs. A triangle shape for the pelvis and long slender cylinders for the legs.

Step 5a

Now draw the facial features including circle eyes and oval mouth. Triangle-ish brows and curved lines above the eyes. Draw curved lines for the nose.

Step 5b

Draw #8-like shapes inside the eyes. Draw lines for lashes and acurved line in the mouth. Draw a #7-like shape above the right eye.

Step 7

Draw Julie’s hair next. Sketch the ponytail and 2 small wisps of hair near her ears. There are geometric shapes, alphabet letters, and numbers that you can identify with that can help you draw these complicated shapes. I highlighted them to help you draw them.

Sketch her sleeves and her arms next.
