How to Draw Batman from DC Comics with Easy Step by Step Drawing Tutorial

Step 1

Lightly draw a rectangle and an oval.

Step 2

– Draw guidelines thru the center of the rectangle.

– Draw a letter ‘V’ shape below the oval.

Step 3

– Draw oval guides for the arms.

– Draw a backwards letter ‘D’ shape and an oval for the guide for the left leg.

– Draw a large oval for the guide for the right leg.

Step 4a

(The face is enlarged below in step 4b for you to see).

– Draw 2 curved lines for the wings.

Step 4b

– Draw upside down letter ‘V’ shapes for ears.

– Draw an arrow for the nose.

– Draw the chin.

Step 5

– Draw a curved line on top of the head.

– Draw a sideways capital letter ‘T’ shape on both sides of the arrow nose.

– Draw a line on either side of the face.

– Outline the arm and chest guides as seen above.

Step 6

– Draw check-mark eye brows.

– Draw triangle-like shapes for part of the nose and the eyes.

– Draw #7-like shapes on both sides of the face.

– Draw 2 letter ‘C’ shapes and 3 letter ‘V’ shapes inside the oval on the chest.

– Draw a few curved lines and a letter ‘L’ shape.

– Draw two sideways letter ‘v’ shapes in the bat logo.

– Erase guidelines.
