How to Draw a Bird in a Tree in Front of Rolling Hills Landscape Drawing Tutorial
Step 1
– Draw 2 ovals.
Step 2
– Connect the 2 ovals together.
– Draw 2 more ovals in shape of #8 at bottom of ovals.
– Draw 4 lines for the bird’s 2 legs.
Step 3
– Draw a circle with a dot of white in the center.
– Draw some letter ‘J’ shaped curves.
– Draw a sideways letter ‘M’ shaped beak.
– Draw some feathery lines around the ovals.
Step 4
– Draw some letter ‘J’ shapes and some other lines.
– Lightly draw a letter ‘S’ shape in front of the bird.
– Draw a curved line within the beak.
Step 5
– Draw the skeletonized version of a tree.
Step 6
Outline the skeleton of the tree to draw the actual shape of the tree.
Step 7
– Draw leaves. A leaf is sort of like a smashed oval…with letter ‘v’ shapes at each end.
– Draw a bubble letter ‘c’ shape for the foot.
Step 8
– Draw lines in each leaf.
– Draw curved lines for the hills.
– Draw more curved lines for the feet.
Step 9
– Draw more of the feet.
– Draw rectangles and a triangle and a line for the house in the back.
Step 10
– Draw more of the house.
– Draw curvy lines for the bushes.
Step 11
– Erase the guidelines.
